Claim PCP Today is a claims management company registered in England and Wales and authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for regulated claims management activity relating to vehicle finance and PCP agreements. Our FCA registration number is published in the regulatory summary on this page and can be verified on the FCA Financial Services Register at register.fca.org.uk. Our company registration number is filed at Companies House and is available on the public register at companieshouse.gov.uk.
When you submit an enquiry through Claim PCP Today, your details may be passed to a partner law firm or an FCA-authorised claims management partner who will conduct or oversee your PCP finance claim. Where your enquiry is referred to a partner law firm, that firm is independently authorised by its own regulator and its registration details will be provided to you at the point of referral. Any solicitor-client relationship is formed directly between you and the relevant regulated firm, not with Claim PCP Today itself.
Our registered office address is available on the Companies House public register and will be provided on request.

Time limits may affect your right to refer, so we encourage you to act promptly.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
You and Claim PCP Today agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, except that if you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you retain any rights you have under applicable local consumer protection legislation.
