Section 01
1. Who we are and the firm behind this website
When you submit an enquiry through Claim PCP Today, your details may be passed to a partner law firm or an FCA-authorised claims management partner who will conduct or oversee your PCP finance claim. Where your enquiry is referred to a partner law firm, that firm is independently authorised by its own regulator and its registration details will be provided to you at the point of referral. Any solicitor-client relationship is formed directly between you and the relevant regulated firm, not with Claim PCP Today itself.
Our registered office address is available on the Companies House public register and will be provided on request.
Section 02
2. What this website does - and what it does not do
This website does not provide legal advice of any kind. Nothing on this website constitutes a legal opinion, a solicitor's advice, or a recommendation that you pursue any particular course of action. You should not rely on the information on this website as a substitute for independent legal or financial advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and Claim PCP Today or between you and any partner firm. A regulated retainer agreement - a formal written agreement setting out the terms of any legal representation - must be entered into directly with the relevant regulated firm before any solicitor-client relationship is established. Until that agreement is signed and accepted by both parties, no such relationship exists.
Claim PCP Today cannot and does not guarantee any outcome, award, compensation amount, or recovery in connection with any PCP finance claim. The outcome of any claim depends on the specific facts of your case, the evidence available, the conduct of the relevant lender or dealer, and applicable law and regulation.
Section 03
3. Eligibility
Not everyone who submits an enquiry will be eligible to proceed with a PCP finance claim. Eligibility depends on a number of factors, including the nature of the finance agreement, the conduct of the dealer or lender, applicable limitation periods, and the availability of supporting evidence. Submitting an enquiry is not a guarantee of eligibility, and receipt of your enquiry is not an indication that you have a valid claim.
Claim PCP Today does not guarantee that your enquiry will be accepted by a partner solicitor or claims partner, that any claim will succeed, or that you will recover any particular amount. You should consider whether pursuing a claim is appropriate for your personal circumstances. If you are unsure, you may wish to seek independent legal or financial advice before proceeding.
Section 04

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK consumer protection law; or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or restrict.
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that these terms do not affect. Nothing here is intended to suggest otherwise.

9. Complaints procedure
Step one - raise your concern with us directly: If you have a complaint about Claim PCP Today or about the service you have received, please contact us by email at the address shown in the regulatory summary on this page, or by writing to our registered office. Please describe your concern clearly and include your name, contact details, and any reference number you have been given. We will acknowledge your complaint within 4 working days of receiving it. We will then investigate fully and send you a substantive written response within 14 working days of our acknowledgment, or inform you of the reasons for any delay and the expected timescale for resolution.
Step two - escalation to the Financial Ombudsman Service: If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our final response, or if 8 weeks have passed since you first raised your complaint with us and you have not received a final response, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge. The Financial Ombudsman Service can be contacted by post at Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR, by telephone on 0800 023 4567 (free from most UK landlines and mobiles), or through their website at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk. You must ordinarily refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service within six months of the date of our final response letter, and within one year of the act or omission giving rise to the complaint (or the date you first became aware of it). Time limits may affect your right to refer, so we encourage you to act promptly.
Section 10
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
You and Claim PCP Today agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, except that if you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you retain any rights you have under applicable local consumer protection legislation.
Section 11
11. Changes to these terms
When we make material changes to these terms, we will update the version date shown at the top of this page and, where we hold your contact details and consider it appropriate, we may notify you directly. For minor or administrative changes, we will update the terms on the website without individual notification.
The version of these terms published on the Claim PCP Today website at the time you use the site is the version that applies to your use. We encourage you to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the website after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
